So that was Thursday.

Friday I hopped onto CPT Terence's car and we all had a good prata at (where else?) Jalan Kayu . Then we proceeded to Seletar Camp where the battalion retreat was to be. We played charades and intro-ed all round before heading down to serious discussion about Army Open House. BBQ dinner came, and then I got initiated.

Yeah, it's some silly military rite of passage. But I got it bad. I practically downed an entire 400ml bottle of Jack Daniels. I was wasted within 15 minutes. Which is not too bad. I think I showed 'em how well I could hold my drink. But several hapless ones got SMSed by me in my drunked stupor. Noteworhty, considering the fact that I couldn't even walk straight.

So much for the weekend.

tommorrow is my last paper, but superbly scared about it as i am really lousy in it...yeah....but on the bright side i would be back on sunday muahahha....hahahah...
well not sure how it would be like in singapore...call this reverse fear of a change in environment....it was only 9 months ago when i thought that i would never manage to survive this place.

nope, i was the luggage officer for the return flight. without me they couldn't even have left!

Well, bmtc's just the bottom of the well in the Army. Where I'm at, we're already going operational. If there's a war, I'm the one running around with a rifle. There's just SO MUCH stuff to get worried about.

But hey, ya gotta realise how imporatant the 3 months ya got with them are. You form the soldier they'll be for the next 2 years (and 15 more after that).

OK, ladies. enough NS talk. Let me tantalise you with more personal stories. I might be headed to US next year for uni. Gotta firm some stuff up first.

hey thanks for the messages...really app it a lot. spent some time deciding whether to turn up for YAF in church yesterday, and in the end decided to go, as thought there was no better way to celebrate this day than to dedicate it to the Lord.

yeah i know anna received Christ, was talking to her the other day online. well pray that the other pp around us that are not saved yet would be so too=)

and wow jon! that is great! haha...well i think it would be fine lah army never fails to captivate=) well i would be going back to hc to talk to them abt overseas studies some time too=) erm the snake thing...hehe...kinda gross leh haha....well, it is really good meeting different pp from a different social strata, for it definitely helps in making one a more well rounded person.

yeah back to mugging...haha...3 more weeks and i would be home!
